Those of you that already see my own blog... this is a repeat of what I posted there! Those of you that don't see my blog, I figured I could post the same updates here as I do there :)

Ben got a ton of awesome gifts from all the grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. He loves all the new toys and mommy and daddy appreciate not having to buy him clothes quite yet! He is growing up so fast, but we love it. He can roll over in a split second now; in fact, he thinks it's a fun game to roll over while he is getting his diaper changed or clothes put on. We are not amused by this, but he thinks it's hilarious! He is so close to crawling but seems to have given up on it for now since he is so fast just pulling himself while dragging his stomach and sometimes his legs on the ground. Man if he wants something he really goes after it! (i.e. the remote control, our cell phones, electrical cords, and everything else he can't have) We all had a great time in DeKalb for Christmas Eve with the ENTIRE Lehan clan and Ben especially likes Aunt Katie's dog Rudy (the third cousin). I think she liked Ben just as much! She was very protective of him whenever he cried. Then we had a great time back in Peoria with the Gorsages, and Ben liked his dog cousins on the other side of the family too even though they are a little more "energetic" than Rudy :) Also we had our first big snow in Bartonville and couldn't wait to take Ben out to play in his snowsuit. He doesn't like the immobility of the snowsuit but he still had fun once we got outside! Now... if only there were a safe place to take him sledding because mommy wants to do that next!!! We don't have many photos to share really because the grandparents and aunts and uncles were the ones taking all the pictures, but there are a few to share!
